Aid has been delivered to more than 50,000 people in Rukban camp in southeast Syria, for the first time since January.
A UN convoy of 43 trucks brought much-needed food and supplies to the camp, which is encircled by government forces.
The Red Crescent says that despite this delivery, the situation remains critical
